The load index of the tires is the same within one size (eg all 175/70 R13 tires have a load index of 82), except for reinforced tires, which have a load index 3-4 times higher. These are usually used for cars with a higher gross vehicle weight, but there are sizes from which only a reinforced version is made. The reinforced version is also indicated by the abbreviation XL (Extra Load) or RF (Reinforced) at the end of the size designation.
Speed index
The speed index determines the maximum speed allowed for a given tire. Abbreviation: SI (Speed Index)

For passenger cars, T (190km / h) is typically the lowest speed index, while for larger tires it is only possible to produce a version with a high speed index above 240km / h.
High speed index (W, Y) tires also have an additional ZR designation (eg 225/45 ZR17 91Y), which is a traditional designation for high speed tires, but is not used on all tires.
