If you wish to be a customer or an active user of our Webshop, please read our General Terms and Conditions carefully and use our services only if you agree with all its points and consider them binding on you. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed until 4pm on business days. It is also possible to place the order outside the dates indicated as the processing of the order, if it takes place after the working hours, it will be processed on the next working day.
In all cases, our customer service will confirm by phone or e-mail when you can fulfill your order. General delivery deadline, within 5 working days from confirmation.

for reasons without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse orders that have already been confirmed in whole or in part. Partial performance only a

PRESENTATION OF ORDER STEPS
If you want to buy, you have to put the product in the cart, select the “back to store” button. If you do not want to buy another product, check the number of products you want to buy. You can delete an item from the cart by clicking on “delete item”. Once you have entered a quantity, the contents of the cart will not be updated automatically, so always select the “refresh cart” button. You can check the contents of your cart at any time by clicking on “cart contents” at the top of the website.
When you have completed your purchase, click the “Continue Order” button. After that, the registration takes place, or if you are already registered in our web store, you can log in.
After logging in, you can enter your billing and shipping address and choose a payment method.
By clicking on the “continue to check data” button, you can once again check the billing and delivery address of the products you want to order, the method of receiving the goods and the method of payment. In this step, you can see the exact shipping cost calculated by the system.
If everything is in order, you can send your order by clicking on the “order” button.
You will then receive a confirmation email that does not constitute acceptance of the buyer’s offer.
You can log in at any time after registration using your email address and password.
After registration or login, the name of the registered user and the company he / she represents will appear in the blue information section at the top of the website. If you don't see this, your login has failed.
It is important to pay attention to the accuracy of the data during registration, as the product will be invoiced and delivered based on the data provided. You will need to register once, you will not need to complete this step for future purchases. Please pay special attention to the exact telephone number and e-mail address, as failure to do so may result in failure to contact you and fulfill your order. Please note that failure to deliver the confirmation email may be due to an incorrect email address or the saturation of the storage space in your mailbox. Registration means that a natural person registered through registration acts in person or on behalf of a legal person or a company (organization) without legal personality during the purchase. Registration is required so that we can issue an invoice to you accurately and so that we can deliver the ordered products accurately. You also need to provide some personal information to register. You can read about protecting them in the data management section at the bottom of the page. We store the information you provide on the registration form, so you don't have to enter it again the next time you make a purchase. The data sent for a given order cannot be corrected after it has been sent.
PAYMENT TERMS
You can choose from two payment methods in our webshop.
Cash on delivery
In this case, the courier delivering the product must pay the purchase price fixed in the order in cash. If you choose a cash on delivery method, we do not charge a cash handling fee.
Forward references
If you choose this payment method, we will issue you a transfer invoice upon receipt of your order. If the amount on the invoice has been credited to our bank account, we will start delivering the ordered products.
The final amount to be paid includes all costs based on the order summary and confirmation letter.
The invoice and letter of guarantee are included in the package.
METHOD OF RECEIPT OF GOODS
Delivery in Hungary
The ordered goods are delivered to your home by our contracted partner's own delivery car. Delivery time from the dispatch of the package in HUNGARY 3-7 WORKING DAYS. Packages will be delivered on working days between 9 am and 6 pm. If you are not at home during this period, it is advisable to provide a business address (if possible) as your delivery address. Our company tries to deliver twice, the delivery cost of the packages not received is charged to the customer! Please inspect the package before delivery to the supplier, and in the event of any damage to the products, ask for a report and do not accept the package. We cannot accept subsequent complaints without minutes! If you find incorrectly delivered or defective products in the package, please notify our customer service immediately by e-mail or telephone.
If we have delivered the ordered product to the courier by e-mail or we will notify you by phone.
HOME DELIVERY CHARGES
The ordered goods are delivered to your home by our contracted partner.
